“A love of bustle is a sign of not an active person, but one who is muddied in a constant restlessness of spirit.”

—Seneca

Letters From A Stoic

Maybe it's the endless emails at work, those unwarranted social media scroll sessions, or even keeping busy with chores without any real progress; true productivity doesn't stem from constant motion but purposeful action.

In the clamour of societal pressures, remember, busyness is not a badge of honour. Steer away from the extraneous noise and channel your energies toward only what truly matters.

Is your constant activity just a mask for an unsettled spirit which shields you from personal introspection and meaningful change? Or is it truly solving problems, creating value, and advancing you toward your goals?

Let's aim for the latter.
