Everything Is Temporary
“Receive without conceit, release without struggle.”

Meditations
Whether it's an unexpected compliment, success in our careers, or good luck, it's tempting to let these wins go to our head. But the true stoic receives these gifts graciously without letting their ego inflate.
Think about the last time you achieved something noteworthy. Did you bask in the glory, or did you acknowledge the role of others in your success?
An accomplishment isn't a solo triumph; many factors contribute to it, and recognizing this keeps us grounded.
On the other hand, in daily life, we often face the end of relationships, changes in our workplace, or the loss of treasured possessions. Clinging to these with desperation only leads to anguish.
Have you experienced a recent loss or end of a phase in your life? Reflect on how you’ve coped with this change.
Accepting the impermanence of everything in life allows us to appreciate the present more and reduces our suffering.
It’s about understanding that the natural flow of life includes both holding on and letting go, and our peace lies in doing both with grace.
